I have a friend named John. He lives nearby school so he comes to school everyday by bike. We are good friends because we share the same hobby: basketball. We often play together at school and after school. He is a better player than me because he is taller. We often go eat together after playing. He doesn't like vegetables but like meat and milk. That is perhaps why he has grown taller than me because of his food choices. But I told him that he should have more balanced diet. He listens to me and is eating more vegetables now although he still prefers meat because of the taste.

My best friend is Nick. He is my classmate. He often goes to school by bike. Sure, he has many hobbies in life.He plays basketball well and he is also our team leader. He doesn't spend much time studying. But he is good at maths. I like him because he is kind to everyone. He says he would like to be a sports star. I believe him and hope we are best friends forever.

James is my friend and he likes to ride bicycle. Hence he comes to school by bike.
James likes to talk about himself and his family/hometown which we enjoy so much.
We share the same interests - to read and to go for bicycle ride to the country side.
He doesn't like to lie and so am I. We are good friend since day one.

Mary is my best friend. She is hard-working and interested in all the subjects we learn at school. She is really good at Chinese and English. Mary is very friendly. She is always ready to help others. So she gets on well with our classmates . What’s more, she is outgoing. She enjoys taking part in all kinds of school activities. She enjoys dancing, and she also draws well. She often joins in competitions and has won many prizes. I feel proud of her as her best friend. But nobody's perfect.She also has some shortcomings.She's jealous of somebody that smarter than her sometimes.But it also becomes advantage that improve herself .Whatever, I enjoy her.
