“I'm going to middle school in September” in 改成this 表示今年九月我就读初中啦
"I like reading books best" best 不对，应用most，这里表达的是比较之中的最高级。
“the other magazines”， the other是特指，但是后文有没有列明具体书名，所以应用泛指，改成“some other magazines”
“in Summer Holiday” in 改成during，因为是一段时间内。
“There're five people in my home” home改成family，home表示的是家，但是family表示家庭，跟后面比较相比配
“There're five people in my home.My parents,grandparents and I” 第二句是对第一句中5 people的展开描述，所以这两句表达一个完整语义，应该是一句话。将第一句的句号改成逗号。
“This Monday,we went to Changzhou” 英语习惯与中文不同，状语应该在后，所以应该改成“We went to Changzhou this monday”
"We feel very happy" 改成 “we were very happy” 更加自然，符合一般习惯
很多不是语法问题，是英文的习惯，所以楼主可能需要多看一下原文书籍，熟悉一下就好啦。
第二段： 第三句的new class teacher 你是想表达一个还是所有的，如果是所有的话teacher后面加个s， is再改成are。 第三段：第一句应改成There is a computer and a big...；倒数第二句的dynamic总觉的意思放在这里不太对；最后一句我觉得这样会比较好点，Her pronounciation is really great.还有全文最后一句话用fancy会不会有点太夸张了啊。。
