In my point of view , a good teacher should have be a british english speaker or a america one instead of chinese english. Because if a teacher have a heavy accent , his student will be very embarrass in the futuer. This is the first thing we should care about. The second thing is his technique of having a clss. I believe nobody is willing to have a boring lessson ,so a goo teacher should be humorous so that his studet can enjoy his lessons. However this is not the important thing , the important thing i think is that a good teacher never over emphsis on grammar.
