说到区别 没其实没啥区别 只是说话情况不同，用得可能不同
比如：你的朋友们坐在远处聊天，你一人在另一个地方，然后你面前发生了点什么事（比如car crash） 然后你就对你的朋友们喊：Guys! over here! （朋友们/伙计们！看这边！）
再比如说你要拜托你一个哥们帮个忙，你就会这样和他说：
come on man,do me a favor.(别啊哥们，帮我个忙吧）
