首要应该认识保护濒危动物的重要性，自觉保护濒危动物及其栖息环境，主动向亲友宣传野生动物保护管理的法律法规。

许多野生动物正面临灭绝的危险，因为它们生活的环境发生了很大的变化。

例如，随着城市的发展，杀虫剂的使用和严重的污染，他们的生活区域变得越来越窄。 许多野生动物，现在面临着食物危机。

野生动物作为自然界重要的组成部分，与人类的生产、生活息息相关。

温度的增高、紫外光的强化，栖息地的分割、化学物质横溢，已使蝉噪蛙鸣成为儿时的记忆。

与其它因素不同，污染对物种的影响是微妙的、积累的、慢性的致生物于死地的“软刀子”，危害程度与生物环境丧失不相上下。
