Some years ago.I don’t know a little English.One day,I can’t speak English in Englih class,many classmates are hate me.As a result,I want to be a salesperson.Even thoughe this dream is very small,but I can know many foreigner.
I can study English with them.And then I can know many English,and I can out of China,run to America.When I grow up.I want to be a special salesperson.
2、Once upon a time, an old farmer planted a plot of rice. Everyday he went to the field to watch the seedlings grow. He saw the young shoots break through the soil and grow taller each day. But still, he thought they were growing too slowly. He got impatient with the young plants. "How could the plants grow faster?" He tossed in bed during the night and could not sleep. Suddenly he hit upon an idea. He had an idea not wait for daybreak. He jumped out of the bed and dashed to the field. By the moonlight, he began working on the rice seedlings. One by one, he pulled up the young plants by half an inch. When he finished pulling, it was already morning. Straightening his back, he said to himself, "What a wonderful idea! Look, how much taller the plants have grown one night!" With great satisfaction, he went back home. He told his son what he had done in a triumphant tone. His son was shocked. Now the sun had risen. The young man was heart-broken to see all the pulled-up young plants dying.
People now use " Ba Miao Zhu Zhang" to describe the behavior of those who are too eager to get something done only to make it worse. The idiom is a bit like the English proverb "Haste makes waste" ------to spoil things by excessive enthusiasm.
很久以前，有一位老农民种了一块稻田，他每天都去地里看着稻苗长。他看到新芽破土而出，每天都会长高一些。但是，他还是觉得它们长得太慢了，非常着急。夜里躺在床上，无法入睡，一直在想"怎样才能让稻苗长得更快些呢？"。突然，他想到了一个办法，急不可待地跳下床，冲到他的稻田里，借着月光，开始工作。他将稻苗一个个的全都拔高半英寸，拔完后，天已经亮了。他伸着懒腰自言自语道："好聪明的主意，看稻苗一夜之间长高了这么多"。他带着巨大的满足感，回到家里，以得意的口气告诉了儿子自己的功劳。他的儿子惊呆了，现在太阳已经升起。这个年轻人伤心地看到所有被拔起的稻苗已经晒蔫了。现在人们用"拔苗助长"来形容急于求成的人会让事情变得更糟。这一成语有点像英文中的谚语"Haste makes waste（欲速则不达）"--过度的积极会把事情搞砸。

(3)If we don not cooperate sincerely, we will live a dull and depressing life and feel frustrated and humiliated or feel loss of hope about the future. (4)As far as I am concerned, there are several advantages that can be given as below. To begin with, nothing is more beneficial than team work to overcome our defects and improve our efficiency. (5)Secondly, no issue is as good as team work to make our life more colorful and energetic.(6)No better illustration of this idea can be thought than the example mentioned below. (7)A person who is assigned various jobs along the production lines will make a mess just because no one can be proficient in all the things. (8)Only by cooperating with other people can you put your capacities into full play and can you be the winner in the society.
(1)From what have been discussed above,it admits of no doubt that in doing things whether great or small there are more or less difficulties, it is much better for one to involve yourself into a team work. (2)It is therefore, necessary that some effective measures are taken to make your team work more efficient. (3)On the one hand, we should be sensible to be receptive to other people’s opinions and benefits. (4)On the other hand, it is demanding for us to be always helpful and honest to other people.(5) However, it is easier said than done. Practice is the most important factor. (6)Only when you pay attention to it can you make it better sooner or later.

keep healthy because we are still growing. There are several ways to keep healthy. Firstly, we should keep doing exercises. We can try walking to school instead of going to school by bike. Only in that way can we make sure that we are in a good learning state.
Weather the young should give seats to the old
we always see some phenomence that the old often stand up in the bus,in the public,while the young are sit in the seats leisurely.so we have to think highly of this problem,weather we should give seats to the old.
As we know ,respecting the old and taking care of the child is the tradition sprit of our country,when we attend school .our teacher give us elementary education , that is respecting the old and taking care of the young,but we feel bittterly when some adults ingore the old ,they sit the seat play mobile phone ,siting with their legs crossed.even worse ,theirs behaviors are not good to childrent. It is not advantage for social developments . it influence our images of our country.
in my opinion, the elder are devoted all their youth for life,now ,they should have a happy life,i think the authorities concerned should imphasis the importance on politeness,as the old says:condect decide everything.we should form the good habit of politiness ,undoubtful,we should give seat to the elder.
