The important to protect environment "No water, no creatures" It's ture that the human being will run the end if there is no water in the world. Man can live for about 7days without any food, but 3 days without water. But I know that environmental pollution in our country is being more and more serious. In the country, we can see women washing clothes in the river. Litter is floating on the river. Waste water produced by a chemical factory is being discharged into the river. We do not see any fish in the river. The river is not so clear as before. Water quality is very bad. I am worried about it because water is important to all living things. Man can not live without water. I hope people pay more attention to this problem, especially the government. Try to control the pollution of water as early as possible. At last I would like to say, "To protect environment is to protect life." cong 人类自诞生起，一切衣食往行及生产，生活，无不依赖于我们所生存的这个星球，地球上的大气、森林，海洋、河流、土壤、草原、野生动植物等，组成了错综复杂而关系密切的自然生态系统，这就是人类赖以生存的基本环境，长期以来，人类把文明的进程一直滞留在对自然的征服掠夺上，似乎从未想到对哺育人类的地球给予保护和回报，在取得辉煌的文明成果的同时，人类对自然的掠夺却使得我们所生存的这个星球满目疮疤，人口的增长和生产活动的增多，也对环境造成冲击，给环境带来压力。 众所周知，人类是以自然环境为生存，延续的物质基础。但是，随着现代工业的发展，自然环境却遭受到愈来愈严重的破坏。大气污染，水污染，陆地污染……以至世界上再也找不到一块净土。 或许你会想，想在重要的是发展科技，科技发达了之后在去环保也不迟，那你到时候可要后悔了。如果我们现在过分陶醉于对抗大自然的胜利，认为我们取得了什么了不起的成就，那我们离灭亡也就不远了 气候变暖，臭氧层空洞，酸雨，有毒废弃物，野生生物灭绝，以及大气、水污染等，这是我们当前面临的一连串全球环境问题，面对这些问题，我们该做些什么呢？ 保护环境，人人有责，但我们现在还只是学生，不可能为全人类的环境作出特别大的贡献，但我们可以从身边的环境做起，从保护学校的环境做起，例如：遵守有关禁止乱扔各种废弃物的规定，把废弃物扔到指定的地点或容器中，避免使用一次性的饮料杯、饭盒、塑料袋，用纸盒等代替，这样可以大大减少垃圾，减轻垃圾处理工作的压力，爱护花草树木，少赠送贺年卡，保持校园清洁等。 以上这些虽是小事，但是，只要大家动手，一起努力，从节约资源和减少污染着手，调整一下自己的生活方式，我们就能为保护地球做出一份贡献。 节约资源，保护环境，做保护地球的小主人。 You know, the earth is our home, environment and our life. He has transformed woodlands and prairies into farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or hydroelectric power. Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways. However, man's changes to the physical environment have not always had beneficial results. Today, pollution of the air and water is an increasing danger to the health of the pla. Each day thousands of tons of gases e out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. The pollution of water is equally harmful. The whole ecological balance of the sea is being changed and industrial wastes have already made many rivers lifeless. Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before. As we know, massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to man's existence. Indifference to these problems will mean mitting suicide. Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve environment. Otherwise,man is certain to suffer from the serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living surroundings.
