This paper elaborates on the knowledge-type staff satisfaction and performance with the relationship between the study of this subject, then several views on the basis of the analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises in doing questionnaire, small and medium-sized enterprises at present in the understanding of the relationship between satisfaction and performance, according to the survey reflects the end of its problems, puts forward several opinions and strategy. Hope to be helpful for Chinese enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises provide some references to the satisfaction of management
